TrentonChoice Shipping Policy

At TrentonChoice, we want getting your order to be just as easy as placing it. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, track, and deliver orders purchased through our online store.
By placing an order with TrentonChoice, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy, subject to any rights provided to you under applicable law.
1. Order Processing
After you successfully place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email containing your order information.
Orders are generally processed after payment has been successfully authorized and all necessary order information has been received.
Estimated processing time: 1–3 business days.
Business days generally exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and applicable U.S. federal holidays.
Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, holidays, promotional events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
The processing period is separate from the shipping/transit period.
2. Shipping Times
After your order has been processed and shipped, the carrier’s transit time begins.
Estimated shipping times will be displayed during checkout when available.
Unless a specific delivery date is expressly guaranteed, all shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
TrentonChoice will make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the time stated at checkout or in our product listings.
For orders where no shipping timeframe is stated, applicable federal law may require shipment within the applicable legal timeframe. The FTC’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule generally requires sellers to have a reasonable basis for their stated shipping time, or, if no time is stated, to be able to ship within 30 days. 3. Shipping Methods
Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout based on your shipping address and the products in your order.
Available methods may include standard, expedited, or other carrier services depending on your location.
Shipping options and prices may vary based on:
- Destination
- Package size and weight
- Product type
- Carrier availability
- Shipping speed
- Promotional offers
- Other applicable circumstances
Not every shipping method will be available for every product or destination.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, when applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
From time to time, TrentonChoice may offer free shipping, discounted shipping, promotional shipping rates, or other shipping incentives.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional shipping offers may be subject to minimum purchase requirements, geographic restrictions, product exclusions, or other conditions.
5. Order Tracking
When tracking information is available, TrentonChoice will provide tracking information by email or through your customer account.
Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, tracking information and delivery updates are primarily controlled by the carrier.
Tracking information may occasionally take time to update after a package has been shipped.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
Please carefully verify:
- Full name
- Street address
- Apartment/unit number
- City
- State
- ZIP code
- Any other required delivery information
If an order has not yet shipped and you notice an address error, contact us immediately at:

We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
7. Failed Delivery and Returned Packages
If a package cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failure to retrieve the package, or another issue caused by the customer, the package may be returned to the sender.
If the package is returned to TrentonChoice, we will contact you regarding available options.
Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped due to information or circumstances attributable to the customer, where permitted by law.
8. Carrier Delays
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays may occur because of circumstances beyond TrentonChoice’s reasonable control.
Examples include:
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Transportation disruptions
- Carrier staffing issues
- Holidays
- High shipping volume
- Address problems
- Customs or governmental delays
- Unexpected carrier operational problems
- Other circumstances outside our reasonable control
A carrier delay does not automatically mean your order is lost.
If you believe your package is significantly delayed or missing, please contact us so that we can assist with the appropriate next steps.
9. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
If tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check:
- Your front door
- Side or rear entrances
- Mailroom
- Package room
- Property management office
- Household members
- Neighbors
- Any designated delivery location
You should also contact the shipping carrier using the tracking information provided.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with the investigation.
However, TrentonChoice cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement for packages confirmed by the carrier as delivered, stolen after delivery, or otherwise lost after confirmed delivery, except where required by applicable law.
10. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the package before opening it whenever reasonably possible.
If the product itself is damaged, defective, or unusable, contact us immediately at:

- Order number
- Description of the damage
- Photographs of the shipping box
- Photographs of the shipping label
- Photographs of the product
- Any other information we reasonably request
Do not throw away the product or packaging unless TrentonChoice instructs you to do so.
We will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution under our Make-It-Right Exchange Policy and applicable law.
11. International Shipping
Unless specifically stated on our website, TrentonChoice currently reserves the right to limit shipping to destinations where we can reasonably fulfill and support orders.
If international shipping is offered, the customer may be responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage charges, or other governmental charges unless expressly stated otherwise.
International delivery times may vary significantly due to customs processing and other factors outside our control.
12. Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may have shipping restrictions because of their size, weight, nature, safety requirements, carrier restrictions, or applicable law.
Products that cannot legally or reasonably be shipped to a particular destination may be restricted during checkout or may be unavailable for purchase.
13. Delayed Orders
If TrentonChoice becomes aware that an order cannot be shipped within the timeframe represented to you, we will provide the applicable notice and options required by law.
Depending on the circumstances, you may be offered the opportunity to:
- Consent to a shipping delay; or
- Cancel the affected order and receive the applicable refund.
We will not knowingly make a shipping representation without a reasonable basis for believing that we can meet that representation.
